But on Amazon, the story was very different. Despite running ads, their best-selling SKU sat buried on page 4 for their primary keywords. Their PPC was burning budget with no clear structure. Listings were thin, images were inconsistent, and their Amazon storefront had never been set up. They were invisible to the customers who were actively searching for exactly what they sold.

None of the four workstreams would have moved the needle alone. Better images without a rebuilt keyword base would have improved CTR on searches nobody was running. Ads optimization without a stronger listing would have paid to send traffic to a page that couldn’t convert it. The gains came from treating the listing, the imagery, and the ad account as one system, then giving each part time to compound against the others.
